Most international flights will bring you to TaoYuan International Airport.
Public transport options include the High Speed Railway (HSR) from TaoYuan down to ZuoYing (near Kaohsiung) followed by a combination of public and shuttle buses to the event site.Take a shuttle bus from into Taipei to take the Spring Scream bus down.We recommend you flying into the closer Kaohsiung International Airport and taking a shuttle bus to HengChun (Kenting)

The Spring Scream bus is operated by Kitravel and runs from The Wall in Taipei(Gong Guan MRT stop) to the festival in Erluanbi on 4/1 at 06:30 and again on 4/2 at 00:30, with return buses on 4/4 at 15:30 and again at 17:30. The trip is approximately 8 hours and 1 way tickets are $1,000NT, round trip fare is $1,800NT. Tickets must be reserved in advanced and they go fast! Taoyuan THSR station (not in Taoyuan City) is about 10 km away from the Taoyuan international airport. United buses (service #705) serving this route take about 15-20 mins travelling time. The total travel time from Taipei to Kaohsiung via HSR is approximately 90 mins. After arrival in Zuoying, exit the station and head outside where there is a bus stop. Catch the line 88 bus to Kenting and back to the HSR at the end of the festival. Make sure to ask the driver to take you to Erluanbi Lighthouse. If you are travelling with friends, taxis are a viable option. One way to Kenting is around 1,600NT- 2000NT. The taxis can take 4 people. Prices may vary. Bargaining is an option. It is advisable to reserve your HSR tickets by telephone or online, if traveling on the weekend. Weekend trains can be easily sold out.

From Kenting to Erluanbi Lighthouse Park where the festival is located takes about 15 minutes and you can take a taxi, hitch a ride, or catch the Spring Scream shuttle bus that operates frequently throughout the day. The main entrance to the festival is at the Erluanbi Campground located near the entrance to the Southern Most Point of Taiwan. Our friendly staff at the park will guide you to where you need to go.

因應活動期間墾丁地區將湧入龐大人潮及車潮，為避免造成交通壅塞，公路總局邀集屏東縣政府城鄉處、警察局、墾丁國家公園管理處等單位，共同研商相關疏運計畫，分為交通疏導措施與公共運輸措施，分述如下：
(一)公共運輸措施
公路客運部分，「【9188】高鐵左營站─台88線─鵝鑾鼻」及「【9189】高鐵左營站─台88線─小灣」(臺灣好行墾丁快線)兩路線公路客運於假期間每日各增加20班次，協助疏運；同時並配合高鐵時刻表調整末班車發車時間，以完成鐵公路無縫接駁整合，為鼓勵民眾搭乘公共運輸，清明連續假期期間凡購買來回票搭配墾丁街車2日券(清明連續假期間特別提供無限次免費搭乘)，即可享有優惠價800元(原價950元) 。
聯合套票方面，高鐵聯票包含高鐵來回車票75折、台灣好行墾丁快線來回車票及墾丁街車1日券(清明連續假期間特別提供無限次免費搭乘)，並提供ibon預售之服務。國光、統聯及阿囉哈客運提供臺北、臺中、桃園(中壢)經高雄往墾丁來回套票，凡購買套票者高墾來回票優惠價600元；另國光客運提供臺北、臺中、桃園(中壢)來回高雄四人同行，一人免費之優惠。
墾丁地區公共運輸方面，墾丁街車提供墾丁地區海生館、四重溪溫泉、恆春市區、貓鼻頭、佳樂水、墾丁及鵝鑾鼻等景點間之交通接駁，並自4月1日起新闢藍線(恆春-白砂-貓鼻頭-墾丁)之服務。
(二)交通疏導措施
尖峰時間於墾丁大街路段規劃墾丁路及大灣路兩方向之單行道，並製作相關告示牌，引導車輛分流行駛。另為紓解活動結束後散場之車流量，規劃墾4-2及屏165線為替代道路並設置牌面引導用路人行駛。
公路總局並協請活動主辦單位增派人力協助導引車輛停放，屏東縣警察局將配合加強違規取締，避免造成停車秩序混亂影響台26線主線交通，造成交通壅塞。
相關交通疏導及公共運輸措施將公布於公路總局交通疏運年曆專頁中(http://www.thb.gov.tw/buscms/ets)，民眾可自行上網查詢；墾丁音樂季期間搭乘公共運輸提供多項優惠，公路總局呼籲民眾能多加利用，在路程上充分休息，將體力盡情在音樂季活動中紓放。
