Dear Band Members,
If you are selected and accepted to perform at 2012 Spring Scream, and you don’t have a Taiwan Passport then you must help us to apply for a foreigner performance permit of Taiwan government by then. If you don’t have this you will not be allow to perform onstage at Spring Scream.
If you have a Taiwan Passport you do not need to apply for a performance permit.
If you are married to a Taiwanese national AND have a valid marriage ARC you do not need to apply for the permit. (Note: People with ARC through their job,and people with P-ARC must still apply for this performance permit!) All others must apply for this permit if you wish to be allowed to perform on stageat Spring Scream Tiger. The laws enforcing stage performance may betightly enforced this year, so anyone without a performance permit will not beallowed to stand on a stage as they risk deportation.
For Spring Scream to successfully apply for you, you will need to send the following info and documents no later than March 17th. Again, Spring Scream will need the following items from you before March 17th, after you receive our email including complete download link and international band list check doc to inform that your band is accepted to perform at 2012 Spring Scream (it might be sent in the end of Feb), please send these to us asap.
以下二種情況, 你可以不需要申請台灣的演出許可, 一是你也擁有台灣的護照, 另一種是你已經和台灣人結婚並有合法依親的在台居留證. (請注意：如果你是因工作而擁有的在台居留證則仍必須申請演出許可.)除了以上二種情況外, 如果你想要順利在今年的春吶舞台上演出的話, 請務必配合我們申請你的演出許可, 由於台灣對於外國朋友在台灣演出的規定非常嚴格, 所以任何外國人只要在台上演出就必須要擁有演出許可. 因此, 我們今年同樣需要以下資料，一旦之後你收到了2012春天吶喊的樂團入選通知信，裡面將有完整的說明/樂團清單及下載連結，收件截止日為3/17前，因此請在之後收到信後儘速將資料備齊寄給我們，以下你可以先過目相關說明並開始提前準備這些資料：
◎Band required... (please make sure you have all of these below)
1. Every band members personal profile (needed for our application form)：
(1)Full name as same as passport, Country, Passport Number, Date of birth – musttotally same as passport
(2)Educational attainment – high school orcollege or university?
2. Some printings to prove the band is real：
(1) Most important and necessary, one of those two (both will begreat!) ---
○CD jacket/covercopies and page that must lists members names：gif/jpg/bmp files.
○Flyer or Poster or Paper media report with band name of some place like live house, or any other festival, or big show, must with location, date of your performance or your name：gif/jpg/bmp files or send it by mail.
(2) May be useful ---
○License or musical degree(optional) : gif/jpg/bmp files.
○Live DVD/VCD and page thatlists members names and public edition production : send it by mail.
3. SignedContract：please download the pdf fileand sign it – (it'll be sent by email later)
．ANNOTATION．
Some printings to prove the band is real and has performed outside of Taiwan (or in Taiwan with a PERMIT!!). Newspaperclips, reviews, videos (youtube or other website links are no useful), fliers(international / with band name & clear photo) ! Flyer or Poster with band name, location, date of some performance. (If performance was in Taiwan, a permit was granted for the performance) , CD jacket and page that must lists members (internationally produced, and any website links are no useful.)
◎Every band member required......
1. 2.5 x 4 cm face photo(must be clear for the permit)：gif/jpg/bmp files.
2. A copy of your Passport.(Photo page only, and make sure the date of expiry is after Oct, 2012)
3. Copy of both sides ofTaiwan ARC or P-ARC (if you have one)：gif/jpg/bmp files.

Once you have all of these above, and get our email inform to performance later, then you could just go for it :
Step 1 - Please fill out these online form :
"Foreign band/artistapplication form"- (it'll be sent by email to selected bands later)
Step 2 - Please send all of these listed bellow by one person to contact to band@springscream.com (subject of the email please write –“FBA-your band name”):
(1) Signed Contract pdf file: (it'll be sent by email to selected band later)
In these contract please notice every band members namemust be totally same as their passport(no comma), and one person sign in the end of the pdf.
(2) Every membersrequired gif/jpg/bmp files: Facephoto, Photo page copy of passport, ARC copies(only if you are current resident on Taiwan, and please name the files as "facephoto-surname".jpg and "passport-surname".jpg and "arc-surname.jpg" for every single file. We are flooded with files, so we need your attention to this.)
(3) Those gif/jpg/bmp printingsproofs for our governments we listedabove. (or send it by mail to us : P.O.BOX16-99 Sinjhuang Taipei County 24299, Taiwan / Miss Lee )
